surlaroutedubonheur Under an umbrella, observing the world

An absolutely shocking campaign that is truly brilliant. These images are of actual human rights abuse victims taken by traveling journalists form a variety of countries that have been placed into Switzerland’s surroundings. The shock of seeing these individuals right in front of the public eye certainly shed new light on the issue and caused a global stir.

// LIFE = _ + _ + _ + _ + _ …..//

The last month has been such a blur. I’ve fully immersed myself with ENDS and have had the most rewarding experience, surrounded by an array of creative dynamic individuals who challenge and motivate me day in day out.

However one thing that I’ve realized is how challenging it is to maintain a well-balanced life that consists of school, family, friends, work, and personal time. Having been raised in a close-knit, it saddens me that I haven’t had a proper dinner (6PM on the dot at the table) with the parents. I miss the conversations about our days, discussions on current events and political situations, and the occasional random drivel. As well I miss going into the office whenever and the anticipation of my next project/ tasks. So far I’ve missed 5 birthday dinners and get-togethers with friends whom I adore beyond words.

To my fellow design peers, mentors, and individuals in general: Just HOW do you do it?

Despicable Me 2 : Lucy Wilde (voiced by the brilliant Kristen Wiig

Loved the movie and I am not afraid to say that Lucy is whom I aspire to be at times: confident, spontaneous, humorous
